Since the start of my summer vacation I have been sketching things I see around town (both in Oakville and my time in London). Things that were inspiring, quirky people or scenes that I thought would make an interesting image.
Since last semester I have been testing different processes out and I think I have finally found a way of working towards a visual image Im happy with. I have been playing a lot lately with combining digital and traditional methods. Im in the midst of exploring faces and exaggerations in them. I also wanted to play with textures. I still have to work on my colour pallet but this will do for now. This piece is not complete in my mind but at least I have a starting point for further explorations.

Awesome! The color handling is great, and I really like the caricatured face!
