Subway Sketches
These are sketches I did during the Subway Sketch group one Sunday afternoon in Toronto. Along with Mike, Joanna, Malcolm and Danielle. Great experience.

More random sketches from days gone by...
More spontaneous idea regurgitation on paper. Were done so long ago but I can still remember exactly what was going on when I drew these. Memory is a funny thing.

Paintings from last Semester
I was sorting though past files on my computer today and stumbled upon all these paintings I did last semester in Ted's class. I enjoyed that run a lot. Especially just painting the model in different lightning. Acrylic is fun but I want to try oils someday soon. Just to see what the fuss is all about.

Homage to "The Kiss"
Since it was a snow day today, why not spend it working on anything but school related work. I was rummaging through old sketch books and found some inspiration for this piece. I was also looking at Klimt paintings, "The Kiss" in particular.

Test piece for colour studie
This was another idea for the recipe for disaster assignment. The kids were suppose to be made of junk food but that never happened.
Recipe for Non-productivity
This piece is for an assignment based on a recipe of our choosing. This is basically me trying to come up with some sort of divine inspiration when it comes to creating art. Sadly half the time is either spent sleeping, tv, video games or the dreaded facebook. Top is the rough bottom is the final.
Robo Kong
I was inspired by Peter Jackson's King Kong and who doesn't like a damsel in distress. Watercolour on hot press watercolour paper.
